This orange cuvée comes from vines with an average age of 45, planted in alluvial soil in Bennwihr. The vineyard is grown organically and biodynamically. This wine is the result of Riesling and different Pinots that are macerated for 10 days before a vinification without yeast additives. There is a year-long maturation on lees. A very small dose of sulphur is added during bottling. This dry wine is dense on the palate, structured and aromatic, with a surprisingly floral profile.
